Olen J. Hamm is an author, entrepreneur, and spiritual medium with deep connections to our grand, powerful Universe – God. While this gift of connection and mediumship is the foundation of his life perception and experience today, Olen began this journey on a much different path.
A bright childhood was quickly followed by darker teen years. But in his early adult years, Olen found what truly set his soul on fire… personal development, physics, spirituality, and entrepreneurship. After graduating from college with a degree in Business Management, Olen was able to get what seemed to be a high-paying job with benefits; and he had achieved every goal he had set out to achieve.
Only a year or so into the job, Olen found out that he was to be laid off. The reasons for this layoff were sketchy at best, so the day he was laid off was the day he vowed to always be in control of his own paycheck – the only way to do that was entrepreneurship.
While starting his business with a family, about $200 in his bank account, and a huge cross-state move ahead of him, times (and living situations) were stressful. But soon, these struggles were surmised; and Olen and his family grew to experience the great successes of his early to mid-twenties. He continued this trend of success to amass millions in a small town of only ten thousand.
With his roots in real estate and residential development, Olen branded his signature in this small town. He was well-known, well-liked, and highly respected as an extremely successful business owner and investor. Although he found great success and fulfillment in reaching all of his goals (monetary and non-monetary), there was still something nagging at him day in and day out.
What you haven’t been told is that for about 5 years along this journey of success and entrepreneurship, Olen was suppressing his true calling. He hadn’t told anyone of what he had been guided to do, and he certainly didn’t risk his stature and identity to do it… until now.
During his wildly successful mid-twenties, Olen sat down to meditate. He wasn’t sure why or even how to start, but he trusted the persistent guidance. As he lays down on his back and closes his eyes, he is instantly in communion with God. He spoke to God for weeks before telling anyone about what was happening – for fear of being “crazy” as you could imagine. During those weeks, Olen asked God questions like, “Who am I? What is the purpose of life? What is my purpose in this life? Who are you (God)?” and other things of the like.
Throughout these conversations, Olen was told that he would be writing a book in only two years. God told him not to worry about the content, just to know that he was writing a book. He later came to discover that he would write a book in conversational format, and his response had never been quicker. An instantaneous and direct, “no.”
The calling to write this book was a constant nagging. A constant knowing. And a constant avoidance. Olen suppressed and buried this calling for years to come; until finally he released his will. He surrendered. And The Ascension Diaries was born.
Today, Olen continues his journey and path with entrepreneurship, but things are slightly different. Where he used to see dollar signs and checkpoints toward his monetary and physical goals, he now sees the truth, meaning, and experience that underlies those goals and checkpoints. He sees and makes it a point to experience the fullness that life has to offer, and he sees the value that these meditations and understandings hold.
Olen is a mentor who teaches the fundamentals of success and life transformation, as well as how monetary and physical successes can lead into or even fuel our spiritual success and our deep-seated need for purpose and experience in this life. By taking spiritual the wisdom of The Ascension Diaries from merely esoteric knowledge to manifest action, one can truly transform and improve life in all areas.
